Wrapped 2008
Savage In Limbo
by John Patrick Shanley

May 30-June 21
Studio City, CA
Set in a neighborhood bar in the Bronx in the mid-1980's, a group of regulars (all the same age—32) seek relief from the disappointments of the outside world.  April [Pamela], a failed nun, seeks healing and redemption after her loss of faith. One Brandy Alexander at a time.

Thank you to the L.A. Times for their web review, and to Robert California who wrote:

"Pamela Donnelly turns in a stellar performance as the marginal April White. If Shanley had seen Ms. Donnelly’s work in this play, he might well have given her character {even} more to say and do."
